How should I clean my board?

Hand wash your board, dry it promptly and maintain its finish regularly.

What finish do you use?

We apply two coats of OSMO Butcher Block Oil by hand. Washing and knife use cause wear, so the finish still needs maintenance. Learn more about why we finish with OSMO.

Can my board be resurfaced?

For products covered by our resurfacing guarantee, the first two resurfacing and reconditioning services are complimentary. You cover shipping both ways. Contact us with your order number and current photos before sending your piece. We assess each piece individually and confirm coverage and what renewal can achieve. See our Resurfacing Program.

Personalization

How do I send my engraving details?

Provide your text exactly as you want it to appear, including spelling, capitalization and punctuation, when ordering. If you cannot provide it at checkout, contact us with your order number and exact text. Include your chosen color for epoxy-filled engraving.

Which epoxy colors are available?

White, black, royal blue, navy blue, copper, straw yellow, gold and burgundy.

What does personalization cost?

For the single Walnut Charcuterie Board, Walnut Pizza Serving Board and XL Charcuterie Board, engraving adds $20. Epoxy-filled engraving adds $40 total, including engraving. These are alternatives, not stacked charges.

How does personalization work on the Walnut Charcuterie Board Pair?

Both boards are personalized, with 50% off the second board's personalization. Engraving adds $30 total to the pair; epoxy-filled engraving adds $60 total, including engraving. Send the exact text for each board.

Where does personalization go?

On the handle of the Walnut Pizza Serving Board and XL Charcuterie Board. The Walnut Charcuterie Board and Pair renderings show personalization across the main serving surfaces. Contact us before ordering to discuss a different placement.

Is the pictured name included?

The Hendersons is an example in our personalization renderings. Your order uses the text you provide. Natural wood grain varies.

Are all personalized boards priced the same way?

No. Epoxy Name and Monogram cutting boards have their own options and pricing. Follow the specific product listing.

Can I cut on the personalized area?

For the Walnut End Grain Cutting Board with Epoxy Name, use the clean walnut reverse for cutting. Contact us for guidance specific to other personalized designs.
