While most edge grain boards are made from whatever lumber is available, ours are built differently. Each piece of walnut is individually hand-selected and deliberately arranged to create the bold, alternating stripe pattern you see across the surface. Wider pieces next to narrower ones, lighter grain next to darker — every decision intentional, every board composed like it matters.

The result is a board that looks as good on the counter as it does in use. The natural variation in walnut creates a stripe pattern that’s consistent enough to feel designed, yet organic enough to feel alive. No two boards are identical, but every one is deliberate.

Edge grain construction makes this an exceptional everyday prep board — durable, kind to knife edges, and built to develop a beautiful patina over years of use. The routed juice groove keeps your counters clean during messy prep, and the rounded corners give it a refined, finished look that stands apart from anything you’d find at a kitchen store.
